REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

All vendor fees, booth fees, passes, deposits, and related payments made to Indiana Vintage Festival are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance. By submitting an application, accepting an invoice, or participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for their own setup, display materials, inventory, staffing, transportation, insurance (if applicable), and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Indiana Vintage Festival is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or reduced sales related to vendor participation, including but not limited to weather conditions, foot traffic, or customer demand.

Failure to attend, late arrival, early breakdown, or inability to participate for personal, business, or logistical reasons does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.

Event cancellation policy

Indiana Vintage Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify an event at its sole discretion due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Severe or unsafe weather conditions
Acts of God
City, county, or state restrictions
Public safety concerns
Force majeure events

In the event of a full event cancellation by Indiana Vintage Festival, vendor passes and fees will roll over and be credited toward a future Indiana or Chicago Vintage Festival event. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Rolled-over credits:

Must be used within a timeframe determined by the organizer
(usually 1 year)
Passes ere non-transferable unless approved in writing
Hold no cash value

Weather Policy

Indiana Vintage Festival events are rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by organizers or authorities. Weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or cold, do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, or credits if the event proceeds as scheduled.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in Indiana Vintage Festival constitutes full acceptance of this Refund, Cancellation & Vendor Responsibility Policy. Indiana Vintage Festival reserves the right to update or amend this policy with the most current state or safety protocol version governing all vendor participation.
