Accessibility Statement

Indiana Vintage Festival is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible experience for all attendees, vendors, staff, and community members.

We strive to ensure our events are accessible to individuals with disabilities and to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), where applicable.

Event Accessibility

We work closely with venues, property owners, and local authorities to provide:

  • Accessible routes to and throughout the event area, where feasible

  • ADA-compliant restroom access when required

  • Accessible vendor and activity layouts designed to accommodate mobility devices

  • Reasonable accommodations for attendees, vendors, and staff with disabilities

Due to the nature of outdoor and temporary event spaces, some areas may have uneven surfaces, limited access points, or environmental conditions beyond our control. We encourage attendees with specific accessibility needs to contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

Vendors

Vendors are expected to maintain accessible booth layouts and ensure displays do not obstruct accessible pathways or entrances. Indiana Vintage Festival reserves the right to request modifications to vendor setups to maintain accessibility and safety standards.

Requests & Feedback

We welcome accessibility requests, questions, or feedback. If you require an accommodation or would like to discuss accessibility needs in advance of the event, please contact us at indianavintagefest@gmail.com prior to the event when possible. While not all requests can be guaranteed, we are committed to making reasonable efforts to support access for all.

Ongoing Commitment

Indiana Vintage Festival is continually evaluating and improving our accessibility practices and policies. We value community feedback and view accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist.
